Questions

Pricing, without the puzzle.

What does the $5 trial include?

New eSign accounts receive $5 in usage credit so you can create and send real envelopes before adding a payment method. At the standard envelope rate, that is enough usage to evaluate a meaningful workflow.

Does email delivery cost extra?

No. Email delivery is included in the envelope charge. SMS delivery adds 10 cents per message, with SMS charges capped at 40 cents per envelope.

Why is Claims priced separately?

Claims deployments vary by active claim volume, messaging mix, workflow configuration, and onboarding needs. A short operating review lets us quote the actual use case instead of forcing every team into the same package.

Can eSign and Claims work together?

Yes. Kiso Claims can use Kiso eSign when a claim workflow needs a document completed, keeping the communication and action closer to the claim record.
